Experienced in basic office tasks such as filing and data input plus being able to handle medium phone traffic on a 18 line, 40 extension phone system as a back up to an automated receptionist system, making sure all callers feel welcomed and are then correctly transferred in a professional manner. Experience controlling switchboard, greeting and directing customers, inputting data in to our network and our manufacture's network directly & via internet, Sorting and Distributing Incoming Faxes and Emails, Administrative and general office duties.
